What kind of warranty can I expect?
California law requires that roofing contractors provide a two-year workmanship warranty. For all of our projects, we offer a five-year workmanship warranty. And the manufactures offer their warranties as well. For composition roofs, the warranties vary by manufacturer – 20, 30 and 40-year up to lifetime material warranties.
